Ever Bright Club

1. Cancellation & Refunds. You can cancel anytime by calling or texting 864-724-9274. Monthly payments are non-refundable if you cancel less than 3 business days before your appointment. If you cancel within your first 12 months of membership, your Winter Welcome Clean will be charged at its full value (equal to 3 monthly payments for your home size) to your card on file.
2. Extra Charges. The Ever Bright Maintenance plan includes no extra charges, except for specialty chemicals and work beyond the one-hour touch-up.
3. Technician Assignment. Only one technician will handle your job at a time.
4. Cleaning Standards. Cleaning results may vary, and Bright Brothers will work with you to meet your expectations.
5. Cleaning Solution. A 10% oxidizer and 90% water mix is used; heavily soiled areas may need multiple visits.
6. Post-Cleaning Cancellation. If you cancel after a cleaning but before your monthly payment, the charge for that month still applies.
7. Initial Payment. You pay $1 at sign-up for your Winter Welcome Clean. Monthly billing starts on the 15th of the month after your winter visit, and repeats on the 15th of each month. Each quarter's payments cover the next season's visit.
8. Monthly Billing. You'll be charged monthly (12 times per year) to receive at least four scheduled cleanings and optional quarterly touch-ups.
9. Access & Notifications. You don't need to be home, but must allow access. Bright Brothers will send notices two weeks before and on the service day.
10. Service Photos. Photos of completed work are available and will be sent to you via email or text with a link to view your photos in your customer portal.
11. Initial Cleaning. The first cleaning may take longer than subsequent cleanings.
12. Rescheduling. Appointments may be moved due to weather or emergencies, with a 14-day reschedule window.
13. Winter Visits. Your first winter includes one interior visit: air scrubbing, high dusting and disinfecting. Starting your second winter, members receive two winter visits: one early in flu season and one near the end.
